"Really quick shipping"
I ordered from ashandantler and was surprised by how fast it arrived. Depending on the shop, I usually expect to wait a bit longer, but this showed up in just a few days. The tracking was straightforward too, which made it easy to know where everything was. No complaints on my end, I was happy with the whole shipping experience.

"I really liked how easy it was..."
I really liked how easy it was to customize my order. I could choose the wood, the size, and even the smaller details without getting lost or overwhelmed. I’m picky about things like the exact finish and how the edges look, so I appreciated having those options laid out clearly. When it arrived, it looked exactly like what I had pictured in my head.

"Looked better in the photos"
I really wanted to like this because it looked nice online, but once it arrived, it just felt a bit cheap in person. A few of the edges were rough to the touch, especially around the corners, which made it feel less finished than I expected. For the price, I don’t think it was really worth it. Shipping was fine though, no issues there...

"Worth the Money Overall"
I’d say this was worth the money overall. If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend thinking about what you actually need from it, because for me it did the job well enough to feel like a good buy. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with it and would tell others in the community to give it a shot if it fits what they’re looking for.

I ordered from Ash and Antler it was pretty much exactly what I expected from the photos and description. The size matched what was listed, the finish looked right, and even the little details seemed consistent, which I always notice. No weird color difference or surprise texture when it arrived. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing dramatic there. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Looked better online"
I really liked the idea of it, but in person it sorta felt like the craftsmanship was rushed. Some of the edges were rough, and the finish had a few small marks. For the price, I was expecting a bit better

The material does seem genuine, at least from what I can tell, but I still have some doubts. When I asked about it, I kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a clear answer, which didn’t exactly help reassure me.

"Poor Return Police"

Unforetunately the return policy is not good. They keep all shipping costs and then also charge a restocking fee. So returning something immediately will only get you about 60% of your money back if not less. Just not worth it, online shopping needs to offer good/fair returns or it just doesnt work.

At first glance, I thought it was going to feel a bit sleeker, but it’s definitely bulkier than I expected. The design looks okay overall, and I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just kind of average. I assumed it would be more lightweight from the pictures, so that threw me off a little.

I ordered a personalized item and, for the most part, it turned out okay. Shipping was totally fine, but one of the custom details didn’t look quite like what I requested. It’s not a huge issue, but I do kind of regret not double-checking everything or asking more questions beforehand. Overall, it’s decent, just not as exact as I was hoping.

"Poor Service"

I have been a customer since she opened the doors.  I have spent a lot of money.  I can understand it cost to have a business but when you a solely online and a customer can not try on clothes and does not have an option other to pay to return them that is ridiculous.  I understand charging those that order multiples and send one back but I ordered a pair of jeans that did not fit and was not only charged the shipping fee (which I agree to pay) but also another 10% fee PLUS a restocking fee.  I don’t order often from that store anymore and won’t be.

Overall, the experience was okay, but I felt the replies were a bit unclear at times. I appreciate the effort, but some answers could’ve been more direct and easier to understand. A little more clarity would definitely make the communication much better

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The order showed up okay, so I’m not saying the product was ruined or anything. But the packaging felt cheap and kind of rushed. The box was a little bent, and it didn’t really look like much care went into packing it. Maybe I’m being a bit particular, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little nicer.

"Surprisingly easy warranty help"
I had a small issue with my order after a few months and wasn’t sure if it would even be covered, but I figured I’d email them about the warranty anyway. They got back to me quickly and took care of it without making the whole thing a pain. I kind of expected a back-and-forth, but it was way easier than I thought.

I just wish the pages were a bit faster and easier to get around. It felt slow and confusing at times, it seems fair to expect a basic browsing experience that doesn’t make people work so hard just to find what they need.

"I reached out about my order it took..."
I reached out about my order it took way too long for anyone to get back to me. I even sent a follow-up, because at some point you’d think someone would at least give a quick update, but I still felt like I was just sitting around waiting. When they finally did reply, it was brief and didn’t really answer much. The products might be fine, but the customer service made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I ordered a shirt from Ash and Antler…"
I ordered a shirt from Ash and Antler and overall it was fine. Not bad at all. The shoulders fit well, but the body was tighter than I expected based on the size chart. A little snug. I can still wear it, but it’s not quite the fit I was hoping for. Next time I’d probably size up, especially if you like your shirts a bit looser.
